Where Do I Start?

  1. What is microdosing?

    Microdosing involves the ingestion of a sub-perceptual amount of any substance, including magic mushrooms, for a subtle yet powerful shift in perception, perspective and purported health benefits.

  2. How do I pick my dose? What do you mean by a “schedule” or “protocol” for microdosing?

  3. Can I microdose while taking medication?

  4. How can I supplement my microdosing practice?

    We invite you to get curious about setting an intention before engaging in a microdose ritual. For best results, it’s recommended to integrate self-reflective practices like journaling, and mindfulness-based practices, like yoga or breathwork, into your daily routine. We encourage you to drink lots of water, spend more time in nature than usual, and to move – and listen to – to your body.
